This tool is a pressure type sealer. The overlapped
polyester band is welded by heat and pressure.
Standard Specifications:
-
Required air pressure: 72 – 100 psi
-
Adjusting range of weld time: 2 – 5 seconds

A air-filter-regulator must be installed
-
Air hose must be at least ¼” I.D.
-
Strap material to be used: Polyester
-
Strap width to be used: ¾” - 1”
-
Strap thickness to be used: .02” - .04”
-
Tool balancer receiver/carrying handle on top

1.)
Applying the strap |
|
Apply
strap around the package. Leave about 12" tail. |
|

2.) Loading the strap |
|
Hold together the handle &
tensioner. Insert both straps. |
|
| 3.)
Tightening the strap |
|
Press the tensioning lever until
strap is tight. |
|
| 4.)
Sealing & Cutting |
|
Press the actuating lever until
the
strap is cut & pressure sealed. |
|
| 5.)
Removing the tool |
|
Squeeze reverse lever until strap
is loosened from tight wheel. |
