When ordering by mail
or FAX, include the following:
- Purchase order number and name of person
authorized to purchase.
- Order must meet $25.00 Net Minimum
- Ship to address if different than the address
that is being billed.
- Complete phone and fax number.
- If it is your policy to issue a confirming
order following fax orders, be certain the order is marked CONFIRMING.
- Description of items being ordered.
- Quantity, size, model number....

New Account |

It is simple to
establish an open account with Vestil Manufacturing Company.
Call us.... We can generally open an account within 48 hours.

Account Terms |
|
Open account terms of
net 30 days from the day of shipment are extended to firms listed
with a satisfactory rating from Dun and Bradstreet. Unrated or
unlisted firms are required to submit Vestil's Application for
Credit. Buyer may expedite an order, while on open account
status, by including payment with order.
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for
shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred,
buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and
call Vestil immediately. Buyer should, at Vestil option,
return any damaged products to Vestil pursuant to
instructions. File claim with carrier immediately.

Returns |
|
If for any reason you
are dissatisfied with a product you receive from Vestil, call us for
shipping instructions and return it within 30 days. Custom
orders are not returnable. All returns are subject to a
restocking fee. Contact factory for authorization prior to any
return. Any order w/out a Return Goods Authorization number
(RGA) will not be accepted.

are non-returnable and may require a 50% deposit before production. |
